I was induced and my contractions came on hard when I went into active labor. The nurse had to turn the pitocin off. It only took 30 to 45 minutes after I went into active labor to have my baby. The two hours before I didn't really feel the contractions that much. The pitocin can go from 1 all the way to 20. I made it to 2.

I was induced with my first. For me being induced the contractions was worse than not being induced. But keep in mind everyone's bodies react differently.

I've heard induced contractions can hurt worse than regular contractions. But I've never been induced, so don't hold me to that!
