@tayhuth, I think it goes off the baby an everyone is different I know a few people who lost their plug and went into labor hours later. For me I lost it like 2 weeks ago an still no sign of labor yet.😩

mucus plug can regrow, but i went into labor within a week of losing the blood tinged mucus plug

it all depends on baby... if he/she starts pushing down giving you contractions consistantly or it can take up to days or weeks after you lose your mucus plug...
