So I'm going to a new dentist this morning and I was curious if any of you ladies got teeth x-rays…

i dont think they can do it while a woman is pregnant as it can harm the baby

They usually will not do X-rays if your pregnant

they do teeth x-rays but they cover your belly so baby isn't exposed. here it's even mandatory for one dental check up for pregnant women.

They do X-rays but only if it's an emergency situation

@adaraa126, @kreese88 @miraclebaby770 @diamondleann I made an appointment for this morning and I told them I was pregnant and they said it's fine in the second trimester. But I've also heard you can't get x-rays done while being pregnant.

I talked to my dentist office because I have my annual check up and they said they'll only do it if it's an emergency.... I'm pretty sure you could decline the X-ray portion until after you've had the baby @haleymclain1121

Yes I had 6 X-rays done last week with my root canal. They just double aproned my belly

well I had no idea I was pregnant when I got mine done February 2nd then I had a 2nd appt that day n that's when I found out I was pregnant then week later they said I was 15weeks but everything is perfectly fine with my baby. just let them know nd they will cover u up good ..
