i actually googled it earlier cause on of my foot got swollen after i got a horrible cramp on my toe lol and this came up lol

I heard from my mom it's cause by eating to much salty foods @kathy218 .. I really don't know

I was thinking that with me having twins I would have lots of swelling but nope so I was wondering the same thing @meli2890

I'm 40 weeks and my feet didn't start to swell really bad until a few days ago! Salt will definitely make you swell up. I got super puffy on my wedding day (which I wasn't happy about!) my advice avoid salt at all costs!
