does your stomach HAVE to harden during a contraction? I have been getting bad cramping in my lower…

I think so but I'm not sure I was having irregular contractions before I had my csection and I remember cramping but not my tummy hardening I didn't even know they were contractions the nurse told me they were

okay... I didnt know I was in labor with my twins... I luckily had a dr appt that day and was already dilated to a 5 and contracting.. I didnt feel any of it so I dont know what I am supposed to expect or be watching for. How often do they need to occur this early before I go into L&D, Do you know? I am only 33 weeks tomorrow.

I think if you're regularly feeling them then go in just to be safe. My friends contractions only felt like cramps while she was in labor.

Contractions to me feel like period cramps. They are in my lower abdomen and lower back! When you have bigger contractions you'll feel your stomach and lower tummy relax when it's over. I didn't understand either till the other night and I'm overdue 😅

Trust me, you would know if they were contractions :)) they might start off easy but they get worse and you will just know

@bellainmybelly, I was contracting and dilated to a 5 with my twins without even knowing. the only way I knew was because I had an appt that day and got checked. I felt absolutelt nothing. So idk what I will feel this time.

@bellainmybelly, yeah so idk what to expect. Everything freaks me out this time around. Im afraid Im gonna pop out my baby at home lol
