My husbands been in the marines almost 5 years and honestly it was the best thing to happen to us. The beginning sucks since there's boot camp then schools, but after that its totally worth it! You will be fine!

Those are serious conditions, so I understand. If you have insurance, talk to a therapist. We could tell you all day long that military is a great option, but until your nerves are at ease, then nothing else matters. Hope everything works out

Im pretty sure if I had friends to talk to and hang out with it would help put me at ease... And it'd help pass the time. @atlmommy

trust me 2 months is so easy. I thought the same thing until I had to be without my husband for a long time. I saw him 2 days when he graduated from basic, then I didn't see him again for 2 months due to AIT.. he finally got to come home for a little bit, then I went without him for 7 1/2 months. it's hard but worth it! he's been in almost 2 years now. when he joined we had only been dating for 3 months, we spent all anniversaries apart. we're currently living together finally lol, and believe it or not he missed our 2 year anniversary in April due to going to the field so it's not fun, but it's very worth it! it's the best thing to happen to us. also I had horrible depression before and after he left for boot camp. I was going through a lot in my life and when he left I thought my life was over, but when I got that first letter in the mail everything seemed right everything felt okay. I actually fell more in love with my now husband because for once it wasn't texting on the phone or constantly using our phones it was beautiful love letters. trust me you can do this! and if you ever need someone to talk to just message me.❤️
