It could be a cyst I had a polo ideal cyst like that had to have surgery

pilonidal cyst. you will need antibiotics if it gets infected. they can get very very painful and are usually reoccurring.

For your sake I pray it's not a pilonidal cyst. It's extremely painful and will most likely have to be drained. They will definitely give you some antibiotics and test the infection for MRSA.

A certain type of infection that requires a specific antibiotic. MRSA itself is very painful.
