@rainbow_mommys2122, you definately dont have to i drink wine & beer but your body filters it all out so dont be afraid to have a little drink

The rule I go by is if you're safe enough to drive, It's safe. So not too much but you can have it in moderation

I'm pumping now but she did just eat so I'm not sure how much I'll get out and she has a bottle in the fridge and I just want to have a little bit... how does it get filtered out? @raeeeeeee22

of you feel buzzed then your baby can get buzzed but if you wait for the buzzed feeling to ware off then your milk should be ok to feed baby. That's what I've always heard and what I've always gone by and it's worked for me.

They sell test strips to test your milk to make sure all the alcohol is out before you feed baby 😊

I kinda went by this...hopefully it helps some.😊
