Is it possible to pretty much get a dr note to get out of court? Long story short, it's possible I'll have to go back on the stand to testify about multiple things, including what my cousin did to me when I was 4 years old.... I feel like the stress and anxiety it would cause would cause me to miscarry and I'm also under close watch with my midwife to monitor my depression already since its been so severe lately. I go to my dr the 15th and court will be August.
