When did everyone install the car seat in the car? With my first we were so unprepared. I went to my 39 week appointment and found out I was 7cm dilated! So we had it in there when we left the hospital.

I put the base in my fiancé car Saturday I'm currently 32 weeks
My mom and went and bought one a day after I had my son lol wasn't expecting to give birth that day this time we will be prepared tho
Well I didn't have a car when I had my daughter so we waited till we took her home. But this time around I'll end up installing it as soon as we get it.
We haven't gotten ours yet, but I probably won't put it in until it's time for baby just in case something like that happens! @lo lanne1927
35 weeks. You don't want to install to early then get into an accident. You would have to replace the base or car seat if that would ever happen.
We opened it before we went to the hospital but my fiancé didn't out it in until we were coming home!
We put ours in the day before we picked him up from the NICU 😂
