37 weeks.. Have some cramps that feel like light early period cramps/ poop cramps.. But no contractions at all.. Anybody go into labor on time but not have any contractions prior too??? I've never even had BH

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
