Can newborns sleep in a travel cot?😕

Really? I wasnt sure.. It's just that baby daddy's only just decided he wants to get involved when I've only got 13 weeks left and he said he ain't payin money for a Moses basket(which is what I have at mine for her) for his so he's getting a travel cot

I suppose as long as they have a propper mattress I don't see why not .travel cot mattresses are usually really thin and would be bad for baby over a long time

I got a Moses basket in the end, but to be honest it will probably be a waste of money - they overgrown them in about 3 months :(
