follow this exactly. wake up, drink your coffee or tea black no sugar or cream. water is better if you can. I usually chug two glasses of water after my two cups of coffee to stay hydrated. one hands are free eat 1/4 cup of oats with one tsp of peanut or almond butter and one tsp of cayanne peper. then I start my shower first hot water then set water all the way to cold shiver for as long as you can. I do it until numb. this mixed with the cayenne peper revs up your fat burning. I actually start getting really hot soon after my shower is over. I either do my shopping or get ready for my three-5 mile hike. I find that going strait up then down hill is best for thigh fat. I do that every other day. I wear snuggie and bring water so I can breast feed. I have a small apple and four oz og cold chicken for lunch. for dinner I had one hamburger, made fresh is better then frozen. I don't like whole wheat I think it makes me gain weight. I also don't have dairy. almond milk if I am really craving. I also like adding chia seeds or flax seeds to my oatmeal to keep up milk supply. I also heard fennel helps and I am planning on making lactation cookies for dinner tonight. I really like a green apple in mine. delicious!!
