I'm thinking of asking my doctor to do a tubal after this baby is born... Any advice?

I'm having one but I'm terrified

I'm strongly considering it.. But I'm scared that it'll cause me more pain. Did your doctor talk to you more about it? Is there anything you know that could help me make a decision. I know I don't want no more kids. 2 is good for me lol @mrshamilton830

yes we talked about it last visit, she said right after I give birth they give me an hour for skin to skin with baby, then I'm giving more meds thru my epidural to numb belly even more than I'm taken to operating room and they make a small incision below my belly button and tie my tubes and stitch my belly up she said is really fast and the recovery time is the same as just giving birth

So they don't put you to sleep for it at all? @mrshamilton830

I have 4 I'm DONE I can't put my body thru an abortion and I know we are done having kids and birth control is not 100% so for me this is the best option

I don't want to be put to sleep either but at the same time idk if I want to be fully aware of them cutting me LOL. It's crazy I think I'm more scared bc I just had my gallbladder removed in Jan and it's like 2 surgeries in one year is a lot. But I know it's something I need to do. @mrshamilton830

I die in August with my 4th. I have requested a my tubule if I have a c-section! I am all done!!
