the last two days I've had like a weird pinching feeling inside of my vagina that makes me think I'm going to pee my pants and extremely uncomfortable. I've had them before but they've been pretty frequent the last day and this morning. should I be concerned with how often they happen? there BH right?

@jjmom12345678, @ginnalynn they said its probably just the baby pushing on my pelvis and to wear a pad in case I pee my pants. lol being pregnant is awesome.
