lol....nexplanon is an implant the goes in your arm. It slowly releases hormones and lasts for up to 3 yrs. You get it placed and don't have to do anything after that. Easy to manage! I loved mine and plan to get it again after i have this next baby.

nexplanon did not affect my supply at all and is more efficient at preventing pregnancy than the mini pill
