Keep trying different positions. He's not gonna suck if he's irritated, though. You've gotta get him calmed down and then try again!

Keep trying. It's learned behavior. They make it seem like it's wam bam but no I had to keep trying with my son and he finally got it. You might have to hold the nipple for him for a while (that's what I had to do) now I don't have to

keep trying. it could take a little time. also take away the paci. let him learn to feed good before he gets that. otherwise you'll keep having this issue

What worked with my son too was I would literally squeeze milk out into his mouth and then he'd latch better
