so im 3 days from due date and i don't have an appointment until next week and also am showing no signs of dilating what do you guys think the chances are if i call in layer today and ask about being induced as soon as possible that my doctor will. cause im full term and i dont really see a need to wait and be this uncomfortable any longer

mine made me wait to be induced until i was 41 weeks... going in today!

My doctor said she would induce me as early as 39 weeks, but I was not dilated or even thinned at all, so she couldn't.

they might talk about it at your apt it's usually a last resort unless the baby or your life is at risk . I was 3 cm and still didn't want to induce me until almost 2 weeks after but thankfully I went in on my own. I would wait till your apt
