Doctor appointments can be expensive girl! Not to mention the costs of clothing for both the baby and yourself(maturity clothes). And all the other things you're going to need! You didn't get yourself pregnant, and you shouldn't have to do this alone. Send him a few serious text messages and if he still doesn't respond you should apply for child support.
