I'm in kind of a bind. All day today I knew I was going into labor soon by how weird and uncomfortable I felt. It just kept getting worse and eventually I started getting cramps and feeling pressure. It's not what people describe as contractions and doesn't really go away. How do I know when to go to the hospital? My doctor says the 5-1-1 rule but I live an hour away and don't know when they begin and end
