Do they have summer school? I worked in special education and they had summer school just for our kids and anyone employed at the school as an aid had dibs on a summer school position but we still had to apply for it. I did it and got an extra months pay. It was only 3 hours a day for 4 weeks.

I was a paraprofessional up until getting pregnant and my yearly salary was broken up into 11 checks although I only worked 9 months for the year.

I just got a teacher assistant job I think it depend if they have summer school than u will get paid

No. You would have to sign up for summer classes if they offer that.
