My next door neighbors leave their dog out side allllll the time and it literally just barks nonstop. It drives me insane but I'm trying to keep my cool and I haven't said anything to them yet because we've just been living here a few months.... But if it does this when Sofia gets here I am going to throw a serious fit because her window is the closest to their back yard and you can hear it loudest in there.
