very tmi but I'm going crazy how much discharge is normal ? my last period was about 3 weeks ago and since I ended I've had non stop I know a little discharge is normal but I have to change my panty liner every 1hr it's gross af and I hate it i can't help but feel gross or worry if my period came while I'm out and about anyone else ? sorry I know gross 😣😳
