I lost my mucus plug last Sunday , not this past Sunday but the Sunday before. I was sure I lost it all.. Because it was a lot.. But today I've been having what seems like my mucus plug also, I had it happen twice and the first time was a big amount then the second time was a little less.. Is it still my mucus plug or just a lot of discharge ?

That happened to me with my son. My doctor told me that the mucus plug will grow back. So in my case I'd lose it and because I wasn't in labor it would grow back

could be a combination of discharge and your mucus plug regrowing

I was two cm dilated with my son for over a month and it happened to me. So I would say it's possible. I'd Ask your doctor to make sure. Every pregnancy is different and every doctor is different too

@lovinggunnar if there is no blood or old blood (brown stuff) it grows back
