the longer it is the less likely itll hurt. just remember to drink plenty and wat lots of fruit to keep it soft and stop constipation x

But it hardened up within a few days and I still went :) but then at 2 weeks...I suddenly got constipated because of the iron tablets I was on. I was bunged up for 4 days! I took some nasty stuff called Movicol that worked within a day or so! It is a laxative! Drink plenty of water! Its also safe with breast feeding :) so was perfect for me to take xx

About 2 days, but then I couldn't go again for another 4 days, the second time was worse than the first! haha I'm still not 'regular' 3 weeks on x
