No that's crazy. I was 205 when I got pregnant and they said a healthy weight gain was only 10 lbs!!

I've only gained 17 this pregnancy, im due tomorrow. With my first I only gained 20lbs. And I have big babies. I was only 130 pre pregnancy both times. Your dr seems a bit extreme on the weight gain.

imagine in a one baby pregnancy doc wants you to gsin 15 to 20 and in a twin pregnancy doubled?
