when I took mine they suggested me to drink only water the day before... they gave me the bottle and allowed me to put it on the refrigerator... and drink it an hour before my appointment.. it have to be drink in 5 min. it was wonderful! the other 2 times it was yucky. 😠 @deeds22

drink just water.... nothing sweet. and that way you don't have to be there for 3 hours
