whenever I tell someone I'm going to breastfeed they look all surprised and are like really? you're so young and that's such a great decision. okay bitch I'm 18 not 7? I can make decisions for myself and what's best for my baby.
so with talking about breastfeeding, what do I need? list all the things that were helpful to you and what you used mamas while you breastfed!

We had a rough start with feedings. the one thing that saved us from having to use a bottle was a nipple shield. you can get them at walmart. it helps with the latch.

pump, breast pads, nipple cream, and nursing bras. oh and milk storage bags to save the milk you pump

A nursing bra and nursing pillow are a must have,they made everything so much easier for me. If you can find nursing clothes too, get some. I just wear tank tops all the time until I can go shopping for some. A water bottle that you can use one handed, preferably one with a straw built in.
