I honestly don't know how much more I can take constantly angry and I can't stand it and I have zero patience for anything I'm getting so worn out I have purple bags under my eyes, I'm sleep deprived like crazy, I have no help cause when I do ask for help I get chewed out,.then I cry for like five minutes but it's like anger takes control and I can't even cry anymore cause I'm so frustrated and it makes me wanna cry but I can't cause I'm absolutely worn out. please tell me I'm not the only one going through this
