My baby girl slowed down around 36 weeks, just mention it to your doctor . Most of the time it's normal, but I had to go for nst's two times a week to be safe. But she was fine and waited to come when I was 40 weeks & 5 days

Non stress test, they just monitor baby's moments . It's nothing really, you just lay or sit in a bed and they put the monitor on your belly and you sit there for about half hour . @summerbaby89
