I had called and asked what my first appointment will be like and what they would be doing and they said that they may only be having me take a pregnancy test to confirm that I'm pregnant and may do some blood. first ultrasound may not be till 10 weeks along, anyone else had this when they had there first appointment? I was looking forward to having a first ultrasound done.

Yep sounds about right , didn't have first ultrasound till I was 15wks but that was cause I was on vacation , normal 1st ultrasound is at 10wks for my ob

yup. first is just a confirmation then u set up an appointment for 4weeks later

yeah that's how it usually works. I had my first ultrasound when they thought I was 10 wks but I measured 9 wks.

Yeah they confirmed me at 6 weeks then gave me an ultrasound at 12 weeks
