Ive got my 16 week appointment today. What usually happens at this appointment?xx

had mine yesterday just blood pressure and urine test xx

@firsttimemummy21, wow you get to hear the heartbeat as well!? i just suddenly got very excited! havent heard it yet. @princessmum2016 thankies! i seem to get a bit nervous going to these appts lol

babe I think it depends where you are. I went for my 26 week appointment and that's the first time they listened to babies heartbeat. it's normally loads of questions about how your feeling a wee sample and re booked in... then you have your 20 week scan xxx

at my 16wk apointment they did some bloods, checked my urine and I got to listen to my babies heartbeat for a minute or so x

@catherineln25, thanks for that!! in NZ they do more appointments and scans and listen to the heart beat a lot earlier so im really impatient haha x
