oh my goodness this been going on for hours now!! when I burn I have a huge burning sensation in the back of my throat! ! ugh

take some tums. I think it's acid reflux. I get the same thing

@jessicasharp, I drink a little bit of milk seems like it made it worse all I had today was cereal and grilled cheese with ranch and @azmommy85 I cant stand pickles anymore lol so I dont think that gonna work hahah

It sounds like acid reflux to me. I have it. It stinks. Mill helps. Lay propped up when you sleep, and try to eat smaller meals instead of large meals.

Zantac has helped me quite a bit. Of course ask your doctor first.
