Ok so I'm lost. My dr doesn't take medicaid so I've been paying out of pocket for private insurance plus the dr visits that insurance doesn't pay. Well my husband got laid off from work so now stress level is way up! I don't know what to do I love my dr😔

I've paid out the ass even with private insurance 😔 I just love and trust my dr that much. I have never used anyone else. With my first baby it was fine paying out of pocket with insurance because he was in the oil field so we could afford it.

medicade will give you a list of hospitals with clinics inside them that accept medicade and private doctors as well

I had private insurance cause my dad paid for it and once he dropped the policy, I applied for Medicaid which had me in your position. I had to leave a dr I trusted and had been through so much with to find a new one. It's tough. But I'd just set up 2 different apt's with 2 Medicaid dr's and see which one you like better.
