My dr said I have a 10 minute window but essentially yes. I always set an alarm to remember to take it. That's literally the only down fall to it

depo isn't good in general, especially long term!

I've breastfed with depo, but it made me gain 10lbs. Nexolanon was my favorite bc of all the ones i was ever on (pill, nuva ring, mirena, depo)

Depo decreased my milk so much. Like I use to be able to get 2 1/2 ounces, and now its 5 ml smh
