i feel horrible i went to the beach earlier n had to come back home. thank god we live close. and i could barely walk. i almost fainted. i had such bad diarrhea had to take off my clothes quickly cuz i was so hot. my legs hurt as well. i thru water on myself while on the toilet. and later afternoon i started having alot of back pain and pain in my abdomen. i still have it now. i feel just horrible.

Drink a lot of water. You probably over heated.

@valrocks, im sure i did. but cant drink more than 40 oz a day. i had gastric sleeve and as much as i try i cant get more in. i will stay out the sun until after the baby atleast.

Well as much as you can handle then. Stay hydrated.

You could also put a cold compress on the backs of your knees if it happens again.

@valrocks, thank u. i am drinking more now. if i dont feel better tomorrow i will get iv fluids. my hubby just put one under the back of my right leg now since its cramping. and he rubbed sum muscle cream on my back. ima get sum sleep soon and hope i feel better in da morning.
