My OB found a med that has very minimal risk during pregnancy. I'm almost 38 weeks and everything is going great! Anxiety sucks for mom and baby. I suffered with it terribly, and not stressing myself or the baby is def more important (just a personal opinion)

talking to people doesn't help I used to be on meds but had to stop them... cause of pregnancy

Yes i had an attack taking a shower one night

I've ask my doctor for medicine he said it would put me at high risk

keep busy watch TV go out if you can talk to others
