I had her Saturday morning and yes, pumping counts. that alone should help you lose some weight and bring your waist size down a bit. 😊

she doesnt want boob :/ so im just pumping does that count? and yes im ready to get my tummy down my friend told me to start mg waist training. amd omg love when did you have princess???? i havent been on @maybaby2016

I know breastfeeding helps if you were able to do that, I remember you mentioning that you wanted to try but if not then I would suggest walking as mentioned above. I'm all ready to start working out as well but it's too early, so I've just been eating a certain amount of healthy calories when I can and drinking lots of water. I'll be walking also when the time is right.

you should wait until 6 weeks to do any real exercises, but when my son was about two weeks old, I started walking around the neighborhood with him. anything helps!
