had an ultrasound this morning and LOVED IT. baby is so big and beautiful. i got to see it drinking!…

I' was told that I'm having a girl really hoping that next weeks ultrasound which will be my 20th week will say the same as my 16the week😮🙈😁 we don't have nothing but boys in my family and like 5 girls and there are all grown .... but if the tech was wrong imma b a lil disappointed because I've already picked out stuff ...but I surely will get over it😁😍. it's pretty normal to feel like that

@vicky810, i just want a boy so bad. when I dream about the baby, it's a boy, when I talk about the baby I say "he". I just cant picture having a girl. I dont even have a name for a girl. but i know exactly what I'd call my son. I know i would love a girl baby just as much, I just can't picture it.

I feel u on that!lol cause I don't have any boy names picked😏 and even bought a few girly things ..... I really hope u have your boy😊 when will u find out @fruitloop13

I took the test last Thursday and it takes 7-10 business days to get the results so it could be this week or it could be next! I wish they could just say "you will know on this day" all this guessing is killing me..

I experienced gender disappointment with both my babies my first was a boy and I originally wanted a boy but changed my mind so I was upset then this time around I was really upset and cried at the ultrasound I already have a boy so I wanted a girl but I'm having another boy. Of course every mom wants a healthy baby but sometimes gender does disappoint and it's common so it doesn't make it easier when someone tells you not to be upset. On the plus side I still have all my boy stuff so I don't have to start over.

@skyy12221, im glad someone else understands. I'm really struggling with it. I decided to find out before my family instead of having a gender reveal together because im worried if it's a girl ill have a minor breakdown. if it's a girl ill definitely need time to adjust before announcing it to my family.

@fruitloop13, yeah I totally understand! My first I was was depressed and disconnected with him like I was excited to feel kicks before but once I found out if he kicked I didn't pay it any mind I was depressed for 2-3 weeks. On the 10th of this month I found out I was having another boy I was so upset I couldn't call anybody. Someone had a gender reveal party for me the day after I found out luckily I already knew cause if I didn't I would've broke down in front of all those people and on top of that I wasn't really excited about the party everybody there thought it was a girl 😩 I'm doing better now though

@skyy12221, im glad you're doing better! I know i will adjust quickly because it's my first baby and I don't want to have a bummer pregnancy because of my attitude. I just feel like the suspense and anxiety is killing me.

@fruitloop13, thanks! And you will being upset didn't affect my pregnancy in the long run I got over it quick. And you'll find out soon enough lol
