I've took the hood off mine because mine did the same, I prefer it without the hood🤔😂 don't know why! Xx

Don't think so no! I've seen many people have theirs with hoods off... I think it's mainly if there's a light on in the room or something! That's what I thought they were used for anyway😂😂 xx

have you tried tightening the screws @firsttimemummy21, I had to do that on mine. it stays up.now xxx
