your water is more like uncontrollably leaking than discharge probably mucus plug or discharge.

@singlemomof2, it's not really thick or anything . I woke up to a little in my underwear and checked.

if your water broke it would be a trickle or just keeps leaking. if it's discharge it can be thick or gooey

thinning out most likely.
