23 weeks pregnant anyone feeling a cramp like back feeling ? Been having it only on my left side ? Feeling achy hips and cramp on the left side of my back
Every time I have a contraction...I feel my left side of my pelvic bone cramp like it's opening...Lord does it hurt.
I'm getting sharp pain in my left side on my back an cramping so uncomfortable. could that be the contractions??

Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
