When do the doctors normally check your cervix to see if you are dilated or not? I had a scare earlier on around 20+ weeks and I had one doctor check and boiiiiiii did it hurt! Literally felt like she shoved her fist 😭

my Dr will start next wk when I'm 35wks.. so not looking forward to that lol

Just read a post about membrane sweep.. That sounds extra painful! I'm wondering if you HAVE too? Lol @tenecia do you know anything about that?

yes I had it done with my daughter 2yra ago, it prolonged early stage of labor I was laboring at home for 24hrs and when I went into the hospital I delivered within 1hrs...

The fact it helps is good but Jesus it sounds worst loll I almost died getting with the doctors fingers I can't imagine a membrane sweep. Thank you! @tenecia

I've had it done every week since week 30 but I was at risk for pre-term labor. my doctor has never actually hurt me though, it's just a little pressure
