when it's bedtime, and you give her a bath see if u can cover a light so it's a little dimmer and same with her room or your room(idk where she sleeps or whatever). make sure she knows the difference between night and day. during the day make sure it's bright and blinds are open and you're showing her toys and stuff while she eats but at night dim the light for feedings before bed, and if you rock her or just hold her play some super soft music in the back ground. you know just calming stuff. and at night talk lightly to her, really suttle voices and during the day talk a bit louder, more full of energy. my sister had the same problem with her daughter & she did all this and made night time and day time completely opposite and within a few days the baby knew when the lights go off its time to settle down and such

my baby he's almost 8 months so I hope that happens cuz I only get to sleep 4 hours if I get lucky @babybee

@ehurtado1013, thank you hope the same for you so you can at least get some rest I hope this first year goes by fast lol once they're 1 or so it's easier for them to understand what day and night is right now they're confused I guess 😅😅

yeah am guessing they do fight their sleep cuz he never wants to sleep he just cry's till he sleeps it's sucks to hear that but he does

@ehurtado1013, I feel for u cause I can say I know what it feels like lol sometimes I Wana cry no joke that's how frustrating it can get . if I rock her to sleep she literally will wake up in 15 mins and cry and then I'll do it over and over again idk what that can be it's like she fights her sleep I hate it lol

right I don't work but dam I wish he would sleep longer that way I could get some rest too @babybee

same as my baby and he only takes lil naps during the day his naps are from like 15 to 30 but still doesn't sleep all night @babybee
