So tomorrow I'm getting induced my question is do any of you moms have or had used this nipple balm before? How did u like it?..I didn't use anything when I breast fed my son and my nipples were so used and abused lol..this time I want to be prepared ..do u apply the balm before and after?or just before baby latches?thank you!
