You're probably too exhausted to even do so but I read having sex the rocking motion as many others have mentioned helps the baby fall asleep and of course when the sex is good you'll fall asleep right after too.. Win win 😉😂😂
my baby is very active so I get it. but when your moving you're rocking baby to bed. so when you lay down baby wakes up because there's nothing rocking baby back to sleep. I just deal with it. I have no idea how to calm baby down. try switching positions or sitting up or go for a walk lol
Try to do some rocking back and forth . Standing for a little and avoid eating or drinking (if you can) too close to bed because then they will be more active.
I was on my feet all day and my baby would be sleep lol. Definitely rocked him to bed . But as soon as I laid down he was super active . Sometimes I just turned on my side he calmed down. He was on my right side .
I was going to say moving around, walking and such but most everything i could think of has already been said minus the rude ass comments. Some people are just unhappy, its a reflection of their character not anything you said or did. They have no right coming at you sideways for such silly reasons. like you said every pregnancy is different & i couldn't agree more!! anywho i hope you figure out a way to calm your baby. good luck mama!!!
@tiffanyxomarie1, @graysonsmama thanks for not judging and for understanding. It's so hard. I'm so uncomfortable. My oldest wasn't like this at all. So this is so new to me. And of course people have to be rude and judge.
Sorry this is happening to you :( it happened a lot to me when I was pregnant with my son, he would kick me SO HARD at night time that I would literally lose my breath. I had to get up and walk around and stay away from drinking or eating anything too close to bedtime because that would wake him up! I hope you get some sleep soon. ❤️
I can't stand this app for the simple fact that people judge. Every pregnancy is different. You have no idea what someone if facing. All I'm saying is can I get the baby to calm down a little. Long enough for me to sleep. I just looked it up online and people mentioned walking or rocking. So obviously I'm not the only one facing this.
You should be very happy your baby is this active... Drink some warm milk maybe that would help u to sleep just dont think of ways to slow your baby down...
