Looks like ring worm, I've had it before and it started out just like that. Get some cream for it cuz I waited and it got like the size of a half dollar in a week and it leaves scars

Lotrimin is the cream I used, you can get it at Walmart. And it's not going to affect your baby it's just annoying more than anything. I got it so bad last summer, I had like 4 spots at one time and they itch so bad!! It's very contagious sow ash your sheets a couple times and look out for any other spots you might get cuz I thought I got rid of it but I had another one on my back I couldn't see lol it's such a pain in the ass

You're welcome girl! As soon as I saw your picture I was like omg that's ringworm. And it took me 3 months but that's because I kept getting different spots everytime one would go away. I ended up getting a prescription cream after a couple weeks because it kept coming back. As long as you wash everything you've touched and start putting cream on it now and don't itch it you should be able to get rid of it in a week or two. Like I said make sure you look out for more appearing because that's how mine took so long to go away!

its only on my leg and I typically wear sweats around the house so it isn't exposed to anything, but I will keep an eye out. thank you! @alexandrabeck
