Me and hubby have saved about $1000 for the little one so far. We'll be saving about 1k a month till our boy is born so that makes about 6k in all. We already bought all the clothes he'll need till hes about 1 lol. So other than that i guess its just booking the baby shower venue and getting whatever else we wont receive from our registry. Im a ftm and i know babies cost alot, but im wondering is 6k enough for when the baby comes??

more than enough! especially if you're having a baby shower! rly all the baby needs is clothing, love, diapers and mamas milk or (formula) if that's the route u choose

We didn't save up any a month and are fine. Lol we were given everything pretty much. And anything we needed we just bought but never had a plan to save for the baby. Any money we do purposely save for them goes into their bank accounts for when they are old enough to have it. You will be fine!!
