Yes they can deny you if you miss too many appointments. When you schedule an appointment and miss it, it's taking time out of the doctors schedule that another patient could have had. It happens all the time
the doctor isn't going to see it that way, because as a patient you also have responsibilities, such as calling ahead of time to cancel appointments, or call in if you're going to be late(some doctors aren't even taking late patients and consider it a missed apt). the only thing you can do is find a new doctor.

she can deny you for that, a lot of doctors are starting to do that. the only thing you can do is, find a new doctor.
