My doctor told me that when you start eating less your bowel will change its color to green.

mine are too but that's because my doctor has me taking 3 iron pills a day

Green normally means there is too much sugar in your diet.

probably just something you're eating or maybe something to do with your iron levels??? check Google or ask your doctor
